KL Chee Cheong Fun Stall 吉隆坡豬腸粉, Jurong West St 91

One and only KL style Chee Cheong Fun stall 吉隆坡豬腸粉 in Singapore..

This KL style Chee Cheong Fun (steamed flat rice noodle roll) was highly recommended by my two Malaysian friends who live at the Block opposite the Coffee Shop at Jurong West St 91. The stall owners are China Nationality (Singapore PR) instead of Malaysians. They started this business about 7-8 years ago.

Customers can add side items such as fried ngoh hiang, tau kwa (beancurd), fishcake, etc.. They also sell steamed yam cake, chwee kueh, etc.

The Stall is located at the corner of this NTI Food Court (Coffee Shop).

The stall owners do not make the Chee Cheong Fun themselves but rather get them from a manufacturer. The texture is slightly different from the usual ones we had at other Kopitiams. It is still in a big flat piece although it has been rolled up and the texture is very soft but not mushy.

The best of all is their sweet sauce, soy sauce and sambal chilli paste which were self-made by them. These are the most important ingredients which I found theirs are so Superb!

This stall usually has a very long queue especially during weekends and public holidays but their speed is fast too. So it is still OK to queue up unless you are really in a hurry.

Overall verdict: 9/10 (Chee Cheong Fun and its sauces only)
