In Chinese, this type of Jollibean pancake is also called Mee Chiang Kueh or Mee Jian Kuih. Actually, I prefer Mee Chiang Kueh that has thinner crust. But the generous peanut fillings combine very well with the thick fat crust. In another words, because of the moist and coarse generous fillings, I don’t mind having a thicker crust.
This is one of my alternatives for lunch and tea time.
